Duties include:
Showing units
Taking applications
Signing rental agreements
Doing monthly and weekly reports
Collecting rent and making deposits
Taking work order requests
Answereing Emergency phone off hours
Picking up the grounds everyday.
Reporting to Property Manager
Friendly and positive
No smoking, drinking, or animals. Must dress in a causual clean and well kept apperance.
Hours: Tue-Sat. 9:00AM-5:30PM
